MEMBERSHIP OPENS JANUARY 1st!
We’re gearing up for another great year in CCAPOA!  Follow the links below to sign up for this year's membership.  Joining early helps our neighbor volunteers who organize the Association and get everything in place for spring and we've been busy over the long winter working hard to make sure that this year will be another great year for our membership.

 
WHAT'S UP FOR 2026
* More Health and Wellness Seminars which have been increasing in popularity
* Plans for additional Member Engagement activities throughout the year
* Expanded Landscaping and Beautification projects to enhance your enjoyment of the beaches
* Improved maintenance of our trees, shrubs, and flower beds for their long term health
* Targeted remediation programs to minimize floating lake weeds along our beach & shorelines
* Continued support for Member social events and activities such as weekly Volleyball, Book Club at the Beach and Summer Food Trucks

In addition, for our boating members…
We are continuing to refine the streamlined payment system for boating services - members will continue to be invoiced directly via your registered email, with no need to fill out forms or going online to pay.  If you have a boat and/or boat service, you will receive an invoice early to mid February, as long as you have renewed your membership beforehand.

Annual Membership is offered at the discounted rate of $390 for all dues received on or before the last day of February. The rate increases on March 1st and is assessed at the full rate of $400. 

Senior Membership is offered to all members aged 62 years or older, during the early renewal period at the discounted rate of $380 for all dues received on or before the last day of February. The rate increases on March 1st and is assessed at the full rate of $400.



       

 

GROWING OUR COMMUNITY
At CCAPOA we love to see members enjoying all we have to offer.  We also know that there are residents who are not aware of the benefits that come with membership, so this year we are aiming to increase our membership, while offering more value to our current members. We are planning more entertainment events, more family friendly social activities and more community outreach.
 

If you love CCAPOA, please encourage your neighbors to become members too - let them find out why the CCAPOA is not your ordinary Homeowners Association.

We know that there are no better advocates for membership than our existing members; therefore we are offering the following incentive to you, as an “ambassador” of CCAPOA. As you talk to your neighbors, express the merits of becoming a member and supporting our Association - for every referral you can pay yourself back!

Each ACTIVE CURRENT PAID MEMBER who refers a qualifying new member will receive a $75 check.  The newly signed member will also receive a $75 check. There is no limit to your earning potential.  4 referrals gets you free membership!

The fine print……To qualify, “Active Current Paid Member” is defined as a member who has paid their 2026 Membership Fees.  A “New Member” is defined as a person who does not currently hold 2026 Membership and has not been a member for the previous calendar year, ie, 2025."  If both of those criteria are met, the process is simple - after signing up and paying for their full price membership, the new member needs to send an email to [email protected] and request a referral refund, stating the name of the existing member who referred them. Once we confirm that all criteria has been met, we will inform you in writing of your qualification and mail out the two $75 checks to the existing and new member.
