The four private Parks and Beaches of CCAPOA are one of the true blessings and privileges we are able to enjoy as Members. Named for the Gate where they are located, our Beaches 3, 7, 13 & 21 are each unique in their personalities and what they offer.

From the tranquility of the twin bench swings at 3 to the sand volleyball court at 21, at our Parks & Beaches you can enjoy the serenity that Crystal Lake has to offer. There are benches to rest and nature to appreciate - see mother ducks guiding their young, a dog splashing out to retrieve a stick or children filling their sand buckets.

Just a short walk from your home awaits an opportunity to open your senses and fill your soul, all in your own private setting.





Life at the lake wouldn't be complete without floating on the water in one form or another. CCAPOA offers its membership the ability to take advantage of our Boats and Docks services, offering exclusive benefits and lake access not available to residents who are not members of our association.

Located at our beaches, members have access to private docks, slips and moorings for the boat skippers amongst us.  There is a members only gated boat launch giving you lake access without having to wait in line at the public launches.

For those that are more active, we offer storage racks for paddle boards, kayaks, canoes and other personal water craft.

Membership offers unparalleled lake access, with the ability to enjoy your surroundings and escape the everyday routine, in a safe, secure and secluded environment.





Our members are the life of the association and that's what makes us special. We strive to celebrate the true spirit of community and treat our neighbors like extended family. Every year, members can look forward to a full schedule of events planned for the members, by the members.

The extensive program includes beach cleanup events, weekly beach-side food trucks in the summer and boat parade - all topped off with the now legendary end-of-season annual Oktoberfest party.

With fundraisers and activities for all age groups mixed in, there's always something to do, and just another reason to get to know your neighbors and make some new friends along the way.
